1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to any of the membership plans offered on our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically, and any changes will be communicated to subscribers.

2. Description of Service

We offer two types of subscriptions:

• Rookie Subscription

  You’ll also get access to high-quality images* on the website (*available only when logged in).

  Your name will be credited on the Backers Wall page.

  5% discount on commissions.



• Champion Subscription:

  Voting power to help decide on collaborative community projects.

  Participation in creative projects and events on Discord.

  Access to high-quality images* on the website (*available only when logged in).

  Downloads of images with transparent backgrounds for non-commercial use, such as fanfics and personal projects. (**Commissions and collabs are not available for download.)

  Your name highlighted on the Backers Wall page.

  A 10% discount on commissions.

3. Payment and Renewal

Payment: Payment for subscriptions is made monthly using the payment methods chosen by you via PayPal. Automatic Renewal: Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each payment period unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the site. Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already paid. Once the subscription is canceled, you will not be charged again.

5. Acceptable Use

Content: Access to and use of the content available through your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or use of the content in any manner that violates copyright is prohibited. Community Behavior: We expect all members to maintain respectful and constructive behavior in the Discord community. Any abusive, offensive, or rule-violating behavior may result in suspension or banning without refund.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services offered through the subscriptions, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of any significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages that may result from the use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data or profits.
